Brief Discription[]
Razor Blade Sam has been tied to 20 killings in the past 5 years. His killing thus far have been completely random. A team of investigators has been formed to take him down. As members of this team it is your duty to track down this madman.
All members will be equipt with one communicator and a defensive tool of choice. The team HQ is equipt with the latest in technology for use in finding Razor Blade Sam. This includes a sound proof conference room with security cameras that monitor every room in the building, a computer that can display any and all government owned survalience systems excluding those of military bases and political buildings, and a coffee maker that can brew individual cups of coffee or tea! Every member has permission to use the vehicles in the garage, these range from top of the line motorcycles to 4-seat sedans with separated rear seats for apprehending suspects.

- Members must be willing to have characters killed of if need be.(It would be a rare occasion and would only happen if it was needed for plot.)

Sephron City -- A constantly active environment. You cant blink in this city without missing out on something.
HQ -- Base of operations for the team working towards the arrest of serial killer Razor Blade Sam.
Lorance Park -- A local park made in memory of Lorance McRan co-founder of Sephron City.
